    Answer. Yes, please go through the booking page, vehicle/s can be reserved through website.
  • Do you need credit card to book a vehicle?

    Answer. Valid Credit Card is required to make a payment in order to confirm your booking. Credit Card must be under the name of hirer as well.
  • Do you need original documents to show over the counter to pick up the vehicle?

    Answer. Yes! Original documents will be required to verify the hirer details.
  • Would it be the same vehicle showing in pictures?

    Answer. Most probably yes, it’ll be similar to the vehicles appearing in pictures or same in category.
  • Is there any excess despite of having full insurance on vehicle?

    Answer. There is no excess as long as complete accident police report submitted by hirer. There is insurance deductible in case of its own damage, unknown or hit and run incident.
  • Will you get a loaner/replacement meanwhile hired vehicle is in service, maintenance or accident repair?

    Answer. Indeed a replacement vehicle will be provided meanwhile the vehicle is in service. In accident cases, loaner vehicle will be only provided after obtaining the complete police report from hirer.
  • Is there minimum or maximum age limit required to hire a car?

    Answer. Yes, minimum age limit is 25 and maximum 60 years old.
  • How many users will be allowed to drive at a time?

    Answer. At a time 2 users will be allowed to drive under same rental agreement.
  • Is there any restriction on kilometer/miles?

    Answer. We allow limited KMS/miles according to the rental type.
  • Rented vehicle can be derived out of Qatar?

    Answer. No, hired vehicle is only allowed to use inside the Qatar.
  • Will hirer receive the instant notifications in case of any Traffic fine or Violation happen by him?

    Answer. Yes, In No parking fines a sticker will be pasted by the traffic department, beside this all other fines can be found by visiting www.moi.gov.qa (traffic violation) with license plate of the particular vehicle.
  • Traffic fine can be paid by hirer?

    Answer. Yes, only by visiting the traffic department. Or payment will be made to us and we’ll settle through the Metrash2.
  • Who should you call in the event of accident?

    Answer. 999 emergency help line is available all the time for road accidents or other incidents. A road side assistance is available form insurance company of the vehicle. A unique policy number with contact number will be told by the agent at the time of handing over the vehicle.
  • Can you extend the rental term on same rates?

    Answer. It depends on the availability of same vehicle and subject to the available tariff at that time.
  • How rental term can be extended?

    Answer. Hirer must informed to agency at least 24hrs before the finish time.
  • Can you apply accident report by Metrash2?

    Answer.No, as vehicle’s ownership is under agency. It must be by agency or traffic department.
  • Would it be refunded partially in case of early return?

    Answer. There will be tariff change apply due to early return.
  • Is there a grace time to return the vehicle according to agreement.
